Jeffrey N. Todd

Jeff Todd is an experienced Texas trial lawyer whose practice is devoted primarily to representing individuals and families in serious personal injury and wrongful death litigation.

Jeff handles a wide range of catastrophic injury matters, including motor vehicle and trucking accidents, product liability, medical malpractice, premises liability, workplace injuries, railroad worker injury claims under FELA, and other complex negligence cases. Drawing on more than two decades of litigation experience, Jeff is committed to helping injured clients pursue the compensation they deserve.

Jeff has practiced law in multiple jurisdictions and legal settings, giving him a broad perspective on complex civil litigation. He began his career practicing reinsurance law with Chadbourne & Parke in Washington, D.C., before serving as in-house counsel for Delta Air Lines, where he focused on marketing and merger-related matters. Seeking greater courtroom experience, he later joined a high-volume workers’ compensation firm in Georgia, successfully representing hundreds of injured workers before returning to Texas to practice insurance defense with Greer, Herz & Adams.

In 2007, Jeff joined his father, respected Texas trial lawyer Alton C. Todd, on the plaintiffs’ side, where they practiced together for nearly a decade before Jeff established The Todd Law Group, PLLC. His experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants provides valuable insight into the strategies employed by insurers and corporate defendants, helping him effectively advocate for clients in complex personal injury litigation.

Jeff earned his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1999 after receiving his Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University. He is admitted to practice in Texas, New York, New Jersey, and Georgia.
